Deepa Ravindranath // January 17, 2007 at 9:25 am |
Hello Retail Professionals,
I am Deepa Ravindranath, a Retail Content Provider, Recruiter (Store-
in-charge downwards) and Training deliverer based at Bangalore.
Have extensive experince in the retail field pan verticals.
Have recruited, trained and placed more than 1800 retail staff
across South India.
Surprisingly, most of the aspirants I have trained and placed have
remained either with the initial organization they were placed in,
or moved laterally, but in the retail sector itself.
This statement is not an idle boast and now am in the process of
writing a book on the recruitment, training and retention issues of
frontline retail staff, pan India.
Am looking at issues facing all retail outlet verticals, food,
telecom, supermarkets, malls, fitness, specialized stores, apparels
the luxury segment etc. (across India).
Any inputs welcome!
