The Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India (ICFAI), is offering distance learning post graduate diploma courses in various areas of management including retail management.

Eligibility: Graduates (any discipline). A Bachelor-level degree / diploma (on 10+2+3 basis) is accepted.
Duration: The duration is one year.
Courses in Retail discipline: Retail Management, Supply Chain Management, Customer Relationship Management.
Examinations: Four times a year in January, April, July and October.
Last Dates for Enrollment:
- For July, 2007 Exam: January 31, 2007
- For October, 2007 Exam: April 30, 2007
- For January, 2008 Exam: July 31, 2007
- For April, 2008 Exam: October 31, 2007
Fees: Rs. 9,900 to Rs. 21,000 (depending on the course selected). Payment in installments is possible.
Award of PG Diploma: All students who successfully complete the respective program will be awarded the Postgraduate Diploma (in therespective discipline) by The Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India.
Other Management Courses: Marketing Management, Brand Management, Export and Import Management, Human Resource Management,Global Strategic Management, Enterprise Risk Management, Project Management, Management of E-Business.

you should not waste time with such things. after 13 yrs of work exp, you should be doing well in current career itself.
